About The Burrows:
The Burrows is AUTISM WEST MIDLANDS' newest supported living service, opening in 2019. This vibrant service supports 8 autistic males to live independently within their own self-contained apartments with access to communal spaces. As a Deputy Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting these individuals to live fulfilling lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Promoting an enabling environment and ensuring high standards of professional practice
* Ensuring the support provided is person-centred and offers new experiences through meaningful activities
* Empowering autistic individuals to live independently with appropriate levels of support

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Has substantial training or a qualification relevant to a supervisory position in social care or a related field
* Understands the legal and regulatory frameworks of registered care services and person-centred practice
* Has experience working in relevant settings with autistic adults, learning disabilities, or mental illness
* Possesses a strong leadership personality with a natural ability to positively shape the work of others
