Deputy Manager Position

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team at Autism West Midlands. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, promoting the welfare and well-being of autistic individuals.
The role involves supporting the Registered Manager in all aspects of service delivery, including communications with parents and professionals, safeguarding, and CQC compliance. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of professional practice and achieving compliance with relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will have substantial training or a qualification relevant to a supervisory position in social care, along with experience of working in relevant settings with autistic adults. A strong leadership personality and ability to positively shape the work of others is essential.
