Job Description

Salary Information

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including leading and inspiring department heads and their teams, fostering a positive work environment, and managing staffing levels to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring department heads and their teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest service
  • Fostering a positive and professional work environment by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching
  • Driving high standards across all areas of the hotel
  • Managing staffing levels, schedules, and resources to meet business needs
  • Monitoring guest feedback to continually enhance service delivery and resolve issues proactively
