We're seeking a skilled Sustainability Project Coordinator to join our team at Vertical Advantage, a leading consultancy dedicated to supporting businesses in achieving net zero goals.

The role will involve supporting the Head of Digital and Community Engagement and Community Business Manager in delivering upskilling programs, onboarding business members, and coordinating events.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating masterclasses, upskilling courses, and business memberships
  • Supporting subject matter experts in executing projects
  • Organizing business membership project meetings and providing regular updates
  • Coordinating business membership accounts and invoicing
  • Supporting the management of attendance and communications for coaches and students
  • Completing projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Requirements include great organizational and planning skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in client/partner/supplier relationships.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft, Google, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Zoom, and Outlook, are also essential.
