Relief Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Relief Chef to join our team in Glasgow. As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking healthy meals to suit a variety of dietary requirements and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a chef.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Awareness of food allergens and ability to accommodate dietary requirements.
  • Professionalism and ability to maintain healthy working relationships.
