Patient Services Assistant

\t- Ensure kitchen and dining room are clean and well-maintained
\t- Serve and take orders in the staff dining room and patients' food orders
\t- Work closely with the chefs and other kitchen assistants to meet the varying needs of the kitchen
\t- Carry out any other duties that reasonably fall within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post
\t- Ensure cleaning jobs are completed and signed for in accordance with cleaning schedules and procedures
\t- Compliance with all Health and Safety at Work Regulations, including COSHH
\t- Take orders and serve in the staff dining room
\t- Observe all dietary requirements and ensure menu choice is compatible
\t- Ensure all crockery and cutlery are clean and undamaged
\t- Wash, dry, and put away trays, crockery, cutlery, and glassware
\t- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen
\t- Responsible for the return to the main kitchen of all equipment as appropriate on a daily basis
\t- Responsible for replenishment of stock within the dining room to a designated level
