Job Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our students learn and develop skills for life. You will work closely with our experienced teams to provide individualized support and care to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to our students
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Support students with their educational and therapeutic programs
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Care qualification
  • Must have a clean full UK driving license
  • Must be able to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and other professionals
