Job Summary:

The Baldwin Group is an award-winning entrepreneur-led insurance brokerage firm delivering expertly crafted Commercial Insurance and Risk Management solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Risk Management Leader to lead our team of Account Managers in delivering world-class service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of client segmentation strategy to ensure business goals, profitability, and retention are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage insurance company partner relationships and coordinate training for market updates.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage team colleagues to develop bench strength.
  • Perform annual performance reviews and provide feedback to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of commercial insurance experience required.
  • 5 years of experience in supporting clients in the oil and gas, renewable energy, or natural resources industries preferred.
  • High level of technical insurance knowledge and excellent communication skills.
