Job Title: Desktop Surveyor - Insurance Claim Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Surveyor to join our team in the insurance claim repairs division. As a Desktop Surveyor, you will be responsible for reviewing surveys, reports, photos, and videos to prepare estimates and scopes of work for reinstatement repairs following an insurance claim.

Key Responsibilities: Reviewing surveys, reports, photos, and videos to prepare estimates and scopes of work; preparing a scope of works; updating the company system and client portals throughout; dealing with variation orders and approving as necessary; liaising with policyholders, loss adjusters, and insurance companies throughout; closing down jobs on client portals.

Requirements: Surveying/scoping experience; confident IT/PC user, ideally with experience using Blueprint, Xactimate, Symbility, or other similar estimating software.

Package Details: Salary in the region of £38k-£45k, depending on experience.
