Social Impact Specialist Opportunity

AECOM is seeking a skilled Social Impact Specialist to join our Environment & Sustainability business in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of ESIA, ESDD, and social performance services primarily under key client long-term frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct social baseline studies, assess social impacts, identify mitigation measures, and prepare social management plans for projects financed by international lenders.
  • Develop AECOM's social offering by contributing to business development, recruitment, and strategic planning for the social team. Collaborate with clients and AECOM counterparts to secure training and capacity building on social performance for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards such as IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, and other relevant guidelines.

Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £90,000 - £130,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
