Brand Ambassador Representative

Job Summary:

Cosine Group is seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador Representative to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with Sales and Development teams within new build developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver coverage in line with or above expected calls per day to enhance the advocacy of Hyperoptic's high-speed broadband services.
  • Research sites in your given call file and create coverage plans to ensure successful delivery of the activity, including setting appointments with key stakeholders to ensure productive and focused interactions during site visits.
  • Collect net promoter scores from the sites visited to prove impact of training and gather insights from on-site teams to communicate back to Hyperoptic to help refine offerings, messaging, and support tools.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in training, field sales, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications, real estate, or new build development sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take initiative in driving results.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various sites within the assigned region.
  • Strong ability to research new developments, plan site visits strategically, and set appointments with stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle.
  • Happy to wear a branded uniform.
