Job Description


The Luxury Lounge Operations Manager will oversee the Front of House operation at Heathrow Airport, ensuring seamless execution of all required standards. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with the kitchen team, as well as support for management areas of operations when needed.



  • Manage rosters for catering staff (including kitchen staff)
  • Oversee time sheet and payroll management
  • Order food, drinks, and sundries through our proprietary ordering system
  • Liaise with Lounge Manager and Supervisors
  • Collaborate with laundry regarding Lounge linen
  • Source cleaning supplies
  • Conduct performance evaluations and training for staff members
  • Investigate customer complaints
  • Complete daily audits and maintain stock control
  • Ensure adherence to H&S regulations regarding food temperature


Requirements


To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:



  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership abilities
  • Flexible work availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Right to work in the UK
