Role Overview: Centre Parcs Culinary Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our busy team as a Centre Parcs Culinary Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to motivate and develop a team to achieve excellent results.

Salary and Benefits Package

This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately €35,900 per annum, plus tips, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including a colleague bonus scheme, pension scheme, and free use of our leisure facilities.

Main Responsibilities

The Centre Parcs Culinary Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a team of kitchen staff to prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standard.
  2. Developing and implementing menu ideas and promotions to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
  3. Managing kitchen budgets and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
  4. Providing training and guidance to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications Required
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
