About the Role:

Home Instead Oxford is seeking a dedicated Evening Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients living in the Witney area. As an Evening Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with end-of-day and bedtime routines
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.75 during the week and £13.75 on weekends
  • Regular clients with minimum 1-hour visits, enabling you to build meaningful relationships
  • Full training and ongoing support to ensure your success
  • A dedicated mentor to guide you in your role
  • Double pay on bank holidays
  • Paid travel time and mileage between visits
  • Early Pay access - withdraw your money ahead of payday
  • A free Blue Light Card

Requirements:

  • Aged 18 or over
  • A genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to our clients
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle (desired)
  • Ability to work an alternate weekend
