About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control site-based teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Environmental Policy, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.
  • Work in collaboration with operational teams to ensure contractual obligations, milestones, and completion dates of projects are reported and delivered.
  • Manage and set firm financial targets to meet established objectives, which will include the reporting of financial status/project delivery schedules to the Operational Management/Directors and commercial teams.
  • Provide analysis and advice on project delivery to ensure positive client and business outcomes.
  • Provide technical support to the customer and site-based teams utilizing central departments, specialist suppliers, and sub-contractors.
  • Provide support and training as required to enhance the effectiveness of the business unit and business as a whole, with a focus on Health & Safety.
Requirements
  • Qualified to at least HNC level in Building Services Engineering or equivalent experience within a similar role.
  • Detailed commercial, design, financial, and project knowledge of multi-discipline contracts.
  • Proven accounts and financial management track record.
  • Ability to provide effective management skills to site-based teams.
  • Confidence and commitment to providing a high-quality, professional service.
  • Planning, Organizing & Executing – able to understand priorities, plan, and organize work and manage own time to deliver within expected timescales.
  • Commercial Awareness – understands the importance of managing costs and expense, applying necessary controls.
  • Risk Management – aware of the impact of risk to the business and applies necessary controls.
