About the Job

We are seeking a Branch Assistant to work within our trade counter environment. The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse, and assist with health and safety compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work together with the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Assist with multi-drop deliveries and support branch performance targets.
  • Provide cover in the branch when needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a friendly and welcoming attitude, energy, and passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should be versatile and able to assist in all aspects of running the branch. A full valid driving license is essential, and previous experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
