Lead Acquisition Representative

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven professional to join our sales team as a Lead Booking Specialist. As the first point of contact for customers, you will engage with warm leads, explain our product offering, and schedule design consultations.
You will ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from initial enquiry to consultation, using CRM tools to maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously. Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with incoming warm leads submitted via our website.
- Explaining our products and services confidently to prospective customers.
- Scheduling design consultations based on customer preferences and availability.

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
