Store Acquisition Lead Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Acquisition Lead to join our team at CV-Library. As a Store Acquisition Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion by identifying and acquiring new High Street and Shopping Centre stores across the UK. About the Role
The Store Acquisition Lead will be responsible for leading the acquisition process from initial conception through to legal completion, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading the acquisition of new High Streets and Shopping Centres stores across the UK, developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers and the retail team, and managing external relationships with landlords, agents, building surveyors, and solicitors. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making processes. Your strong understanding of the property market and key performance drivers will enable you to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience in property acquisition, either from an owner or occupier perspective, and a strong understanding of the property market and key performance drivers. Excellent financial and qualitative analysis skills, demonstrated through prior achievements, are also essential. A full driving licence and a Hons Degree in Property or a related discipline are desirable. The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
