At HR Spectrum, we're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Specialist to join our team in a 9 to 12 month hybrid FTC role. This exciting opportunity will allow you to support the growth of our organization while gaining valuable experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR policy guidance, system updates, training, ER matters, employee engagement, and project participation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by attending interviews and providing guidance on candidate selection
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
  • Provide expert HR policy guidance and maintain accurate employee information records
  • Design and deliver training sessions for line managers on various HR areas, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Advise on Employment Relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary procedures and grievances, ensuring compliance with current employment law
  • Contribute to employee engagement and well-being initiatives, fostering a positive work environment
  • Participate in HR projects, driving process improvements and efficiency gains
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards qualification
  • A minimum of [£38,000 - £45,000] per annum salary, commensurate with experience, plus benefits
  • Prior experience in HR generalist roles, including ER casework, absence management, and policy writing
  • An ability to handle challenging situations with confidence and poise
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency in current employment law and regulations
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications
