Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team at AWE. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of essential plant and equipment. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks, and provide technical expertise in the facilitation and delivery of Failure Modes Effects Analysis workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure relevant asset-related data is captured, accurate, and configured within the Asset Platforms to enable operational, tactical, and strategic decision making.
* Extract data and prepare reports to support asset performance analysis.
* Identify critical spare requirements to support the availability of key assets and identification of obsolescence risk.
* Lead Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) workshops and provide technical input to ensure key asset failures and consequence are identified and mitigation action recommended.
* Ensure stakeholder communities are provided with asset performance and project delivery status information as appropriate.
* Support root cause analysis for complex plant and equipment performance issues.

Requirements:

* ONC/HNC in Engineering Discipline or building discipline or suitable experience gained in an engineering or building environment.
* Knowledge of Asset Management, Facilitation, and change management.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge/experience of ISO55000 and previous knowledge of working with EAM systems (Infor, SAP, Maximo etc) is desirable but not essential.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel especially).
* Experience of reading and understanding technical information and/or have experience in working with Asset Information and Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
