Public Relations Specialist

As a Public Relations Specialist at Kia Europe, you will be responsible for managing and implementing PR campaigns to promote the company's products and services. Your primary goal will be to create and maintain a positive image of Kia Europe in the media and public eye. Your role will involve working closely with the Senior Events Coordinator to plan and execute media events, as well as representing the brand in front of the UK media. You will also be responsible for contributing to Press Releases, pulling content from across the entire business. In addition, you will work closely with the PR Team to achieve a best-in-class service to the UK media. We are currently rated no.1 automotive press office in the UK, and have been for six years.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and implement PR campaigns to promote Kia Europe's products and services
* Create and maintain a positive image of Kia Europe in the media and public eye
* Plan and execute media events with the Senior Events Coordinator
* Represent the brand in front of the UK media
* Contribute to Press Releases, pulling content from across the entire business
* Work closely with the PR Team to achieve a best-in-class service to the UK media
Requirements
* Genuinely passionate about PR, ideally studying or having just finished studying a relevant course (PR, Journalism, Writing, Media, Communication)
* Ability to act quickly, test your flexibility, and motivate you to constantly adapt to new things
* Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering excellent results
