About the Role

Your new company is a leading international law firm with a strong reputation for excellence. This Incentives Paralegal position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced department where you will work closely with senior solicitors and fee earners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in advisory services for companies on establishing equity incentive plans in the UK and internationally.
  • Handle transactional work in collaboration with the corporate team.
  • Provide exceptional support to senior solicitors and fee earners.
Requirements
  • Law degree (2:1 and above) or PGDL.
  • Relevant Paralegal experience or strong academic profile.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.
  • Legal drafting experience and excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
