About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Professional Paralegal to join our award-winning law firm's Small Claims Track team in Liverpool.

The successful candidate will provide high-level support to their manager and other support staff within the practice group, focusing on processing claims efficiently and effectively while ensuring all other duties are completed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient file management.
  • Review monthly Bordereux Reports and maintain housekeeping on settled cases.
  • Manage a small caseload of approximately 20 small claim cases.
  • Screen telephone calls and take relevant messages or deal with client enquiries.
  • Prepare precedent letters, attendances, and internal memoranda as required.
  • Conduct court work, including lodging documents and completing court forms.
  • Undertake legal research where necessary.
  • Manage financial aspects of matters, including billing and debtor management.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
