**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at ZEISS Vision Care. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from our existing national accounts and executing business plans to achieve our ambitious growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to grow revenue from existing national accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Deliver exceptional account management, influencing, and training skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize commercial dashboards and reporting to identify sales and product trends at customer level to maximize opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including supply, marketing, sales, and finance, to deliver budgeted activities on time and in full
  • Develop and deliver training programs to key target stores in your territory to enhance customer knowledge and skills
  • Proven track record of success and ROI in terms of sales and revenue generation
  • Optical retail sales experience
  • Demonstrable optical training experience
