We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scheme Manager to join our Retirement Housing Team at IRIS-Networx Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a proactive and responsive service to tenants living in retirement housing, enabling them to maintain their independence, health, and quality of life.

About the Role

The Scheme Manager will work closely with tenants, external agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective joint working and maximize tenant welfare. This role requires a good understanding of the needs of older people and experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or older people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a proactive and responsive service to tenants, including assessing their needs and identifying opportunities for support.
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure effective joint working and maximize tenant welfare.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote tenant involvement in social activities and the wider community.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and service provision.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of services to tenants.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of the needs of older people.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or older people.
  • Experience of partnership working with other agencies.
  • Experience of carrying out assessments and identifying needs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse group of older people.
  • Ability to work effectively on your own, as a team member, and with other agencies.
  • Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good personal organization, record-keeping, and prioritizing skills.
