Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lounge Supervisor to join our team at Emirates Glasgow Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement of our lounge product.
  • Oversee the presentation of food and beverages, ensuring quality and quantity are consistently met and displayed as per set specifications.
  • Plan and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring they are supervised, trained, motivated, and guided to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all staff comply with documentation requirements, including updating work logs and time sheets.
  • Oversee the ordering of produce to ensure sufficient supplies of food, beverages, and other materials.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Front-of-house and customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in supervising a team.
  • An element of food experience.
  • High motivation and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently within a team environment.

Desirable qualifications include lounge and airport experience.
