About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lounge Host at Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Load service counters and ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
  • Ensure the lounge seating area is clean and tidy, with sofa chairs and tables arranged according to the lounge plan.
  • Assist the chef with food preparations, such as fruit plates and cheese boards.
  • Maintain lounge cleanliness during operating hours.
  • Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring all their needs are met.
Essential Skills
  • Front of house and customer-facing experience.
  • An element of food experience.
  • Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Desirable Skills
  • Lounge experience.
