The Emerald Group seeks an experienced Actuarial Data Analyst to support the delivery and analysis of actuarial reporting requirements. Located in London, this permanent role will be a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain actuarial reporting metrics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver advanced actuarial analysis to support business objectives, including finance, ALM, capital, and investment teams.
  • Produce comprehensive actuarial reports and relevant analysis, adhering to IFRS and Solvency II regulations.
  • Review and refine methodologies and assumptions deployed in actuarial systems to meet team objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of modelling methodologies and reporting tools.
  • Pursue professional certifications through the IFoA and complete CT series exams.
  • Stay up-to-date with insurance products and markets, including UK reporting regulations.
  • Leverage experience in actuarial reporting functions, ideally with annuities and LTM expertise.
  • Evaluate materiality of issues and determine appropriate courses of action.

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
