**Job Summary**
Due to recent growth, a leading insurance brokerage firm, Bruin Financial, is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day support and delivery to allocated clients, including the administration of client renewals and general requirements.
- Support consultants with the processing of scheme renewals and market reviews.
- Assist with meeting and report preparation, obtaining and checking quotes, and administering new business.
- Manage claims where appropriate.
- Support in the preparation of employer/employee communication material.
- Collaborate with the team leader to train and mentor team members.
**Requirements**
- Several years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry as a Group Risk/Healthcare Administrator at a senior level.
- Hold the GR1 or IF7 or other relevant qualifications.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience dealing with various schemes and projects, including scheme renewals, market reviews, etc.
