Employee Benefits Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team at Succession Wealth. As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Planners in maintaining a portfolio of employee benefits clients and ensuring the delivery of an outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with policy providers for policy details, obtaining policy illustrations, processing new business applications, and tracking to completion.
- Processing group risk renewals and arranging group pension annual review meetings.
- Ensuring client records are kept up to date and accurate.
- Supporting with more complex matters as a senior team member.
- Booking client meetings and appointments.
- Preparing documentation, client reports, and annual review correspondence.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within Employee Benefits and/or Group Pension administration.
- Good secretarial and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential.
- Desirable knowledge of Adviser Office.
