We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to oversee our purchasing activities, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and services are acquired at the best possible price and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet project requirements and company objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop procurement plans.
- Work with Storeman and Delivery Managers to optimize stock utilization and drive cost savings.
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, including contract drafting, review, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in procurement activities and develop mitigation strategies.
Proven experience as a Buyer, Procurement Analyst, or similar role in the construction industry is required. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations is essential. Experience in electrical infrastructure and proficiency in contract management, supplier relationship management, and procurement software/tools are also necessary.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial for this role.
