- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.
- Significant operational experience at senior manager level.
- Experience of budgetary management and control.
- Experience of planning and developing strategy with a proven track record of pro-active performance management to achieve challenging targets.
