Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the construction industry, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Manage the construction pipeline, ensuring leads are progressed through the sales stages and meet sales targets.
  • Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients, leveraging industry knowledge to secure deals.
  • Train and mentor sales team members, sharing best practices and customer insights.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
