We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Preston/Blackpool. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with customers across the UK.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to prospect and develop new business, and a passion for exceeding targets. In this role, you will:

  • Regularly prospect for new business via self-sourced leads and cold calling
  • Appoint and conduct F2F business reviews with each customer to gain a full understanding of their requirements
  • Present our market-leading proposition and negotiate and close business contracts with new customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Able to evidence success in a sales role
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate and influence
  • Resilience in overcoming objections while maintaining a positive outlook

As a reward for your hard work, you can expect:

  • A basic salary of £33,000
  • An uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £65k, top achievers earning £100k+
  • Quarterly and annual incentives
