Job Title: Mastclimbing Systems Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mastclimbing Systems Sales Professional to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling the hire and sale of mastclimbing solutions to main contractors, sub-contractors, façade contractors, civil contractors, and other specialist sub-contractors in Scotland and North East England.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong understanding of the construction industry. You will be targeting to achieve circa £2.5m turnover on your territory, with order values ranging from £100k-£200k. Your primary focus will be on working with high-rise commercial projects such as office blocks, mixed-use hotel/residential towers, hotels, and student accommodations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, with a competitive salary range of £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission giving an OTE of £60,000-£70,000. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will also receive a company car or car allowance, along with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
* Selling the hire and sale of mastclimbing solutions to main contractors, sub-contractors, façade contractors, civil contractors, and other specialist sub-contractors
* Working on both refurbishment and new build projects
* Achieving target turnover of circa £2.5m on your territory

Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in the construction industry
* Strong understanding of the mastclimbing systems market
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
