Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming customer service to all guests, members, and customers.
  • Work on reception, offering insights about the hostel and local area to ensure every guest feels informed and welcomed.
  • Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and food & beverage sales and service.
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
  • Assist in food preparation and serving with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride to influence sales.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 per hour (flexible, 15 hours per week, temporary contract).
