This exciting opportunity is available for a Kitchen Support Specialist to join our team in Heol Don Care Home. As a Dining Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional service and enjoy their meals.
About the Job:
- You'll assist the chefs with meal preparation, plating, and maintaining high standards in food hygiene and safety.
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and a positive resident experience.
- Monitor stock rotation, adhere to company policies, and maintain accurate records.
- Support catering for special events, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong passion for food and previous experience working in a kitchen environment. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is also required.
A competitive salary of £11.80 per hour will be offered, along with 40 hours of work per week and alternate weekends. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to a supportive team environment.
