We are looking for a skilled Dining Room Support Specialist to join our award-winning venues. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker, passionate about food, who excels under pressure and maintains high standards of cleanliness.

As a member of our kitchen team, you will assist the head chef in prep and service, producing high-quality food quickly and efficiently. You will also maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and follow food hygiene laws.

The successful candidate will have Level 2 Food Hygiene Training and Certificate, be available to work weekends, evenings, and most of December, including 31st December, and have previous experience in a busy kitchen preferred.

You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.23 + tips and a bonus scheme, paid 4 weekly. Other benefits include free tickets to shows (if not working), early finish allowing time to go out afterwards, productivity scheme with potential extra £1.50ph, inclusive and interesting work environment, and short, evening shifts ideal for students or part-time work.
