Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team as a Chairside Support Team Member. As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while adhering to clinical and health & safety guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to start their career in the dental industry and willing to learn and develop new skills.

Key Duties:
  1. Support dental professionals in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries.
  2. Create a positive atmosphere for patients, setting them at ease from the outset.
  3. Ensure the effective use of internal systems to maintain accurate patient records.
  4. Anticipate requirements of clinicians and patients, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment are in place.
  5. Monitor stock levels in the surgery to maintain optimal levels.
  6. Undertake reception duties when required, including answering telephone calls, making appointments, and collecting patient charges.
