Care Delivery Manager Job Description

About the Role
This is a senior nursing role that requires a range of clinical and nursing skills. As a Care Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for supporting people's holistic needs and promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensure safe administration of medication
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • A first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN
  • Experience of managing a team of nurses
  • Ability to demonstrate a range of clinical skills
  • Knowledgeable about assessment, admission, and discharge processes
