**IT Project Manager

VanRath is recruiting a contract IT project manager for a company based in Greater Belfast. This exciting opportunity involves implementing a new data management platform for one of Northern Ireland's leading organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, including revenue recognition and invoicing tasks in coordination with the finance department.
- Communicate with customers in different roles and handle their diverse expectations.
- Assess risks to project time, quality, and scope, and develop contingencies/mitigation strategies with project stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- A master's, bachelor's, or equivalent degree.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven work experience in IT project management in a commercial environment.
- Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience utilising a project methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- An ITIL foundation certificate.
This contract position is hybrid working and anticipated to be for an initial duration of 12 months, full-time 5 days a week.
