A challenging and rewarding Pharmacy Manager role has become available at our hospital in Oxford. We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our pharmacy team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Overview

This permanent, full-time position comes with a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per year, along with a range of attractive benefits, including a generous joining bonus (terms and conditions apply) and 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of an exemplary pharmacy service in line with legislation and professional standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy team, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
Requirements
  • GPHC registration with no restrictions.
  • Proven experience in a hospital pharmacy environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
