Job Title: Freight Import Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Import Clerk to join our team at Willis Global Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customs clearance entries with accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with shipping lines and customers via email and phone
  • Manage invoicing and cost accruals with precision
  • Contribute to the success of our global freight forwarding business

Requirements:

  • Experience in sea import operations and/or customs clearance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

What We Offer:

  • An attractive salary from £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience
  • A Monday to Friday working pattern with flexible start and finish times
