Freight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Innovate Freight Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handling of FCL cargo and collaborating with our import and export operations team to book LCL co-load policies.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with overseas partners to process bookings and communicate with chosen NVOCCs and overseas partners.
- Liaise with the transport team to book LCL collections and deliveries, and assist in ensuring smooth handling of FCL cargo.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FCL market trends, pricing, and carrier performance.
- Work closely with the import and export operations team to book LCL co-load policies.
- Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- IT literacy and ability to work with various software systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
