Job Title: Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader

First Military Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading International Defence business to recruit a Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader for their Holyhead depot.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of maintenance engineers to ensure the effective management of maintenance activities.
  2. Collaborate with the Maintenance Operations Centre, Production planning Cell Core Team, and RAF Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Ensure personnel are authorised, trained, and comply with safety regulations for maintenance activities.
  4. Provide on-site IMS support, mentoring, and issue resolution to team members.
  5. Develop and execute IMS test scripts and support data correction and documentation checks.
Requirements:
  1. Experience as the primary point of contact (POC) for all MSE actions and issues arising from meetings, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) meetings.
  2. Training in an Aircraft related discipline to City and Guilds 2675 Level 3 or equivalent i.e., Aero NVQ Level 3.
  3. Knowledge of MAA Regulatory frameworks.
