As an ambitious IFA Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing professional and bespoke Wealth Management services to Private Clients, Business Owners, Trustees, and Sports professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare new business files, taking full responsibility for client files and back-office IT records throughout the advice process.
  • Deal effectively with client queries and other parties through effective communication.
  • Prepare client meeting files, including compliance required documentation.
  • Provide client/adviser support in relation to existing client needs.
  • Support the Practice to ensure the end-to-end business process is adhered to.
  • Analyse clients' requirements, develop cash flow models, and accurately record client data.
  • Research and analyse financial products to meet client requirements and objectives.
  • Construct financial planning solutions, including investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
  • Prepare client reviews, updating cash flow models, investment performance reviews, and production of supporting reports.

Requirements:

  • True, hands-on leadership skills.
  • Encouraging and supportive leadership style.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of Financial Planning processes and products.
