Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of catering sites within the London area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all sites.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations at all sites.

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively to achieve financial targets.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level
  • At least 5 years of experience in a large corporate contract catering business
  • Knowledge and passion for food and customer service
