We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) in Brighton & Hove Division. As a PCSO, you will play a critical role in helping keep our communities safe, identifying and protecting the most vulnerable, and preventing harm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct highly visible foot patrols to engage with the community and build relationships with local residents.
  • Provide reassurance and support to victims of crime and anti-social behavior.
  • Work with local schools and community groups to promote community safety and well-being.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in crime and anti-social behavior.
  • Collaborate with other agencies to develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and tackle crime.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
