We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nursing Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a leading provider of dialysis services to the NHS, we operate 52 partnership dialysis units that together provide regular dialysis treatment to over 3,800 NHS patients in the UK.

The salary for this role is up to £33,736.50 per year. As a Clinical Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans, providing high-quality patient care and education, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Our Renal Dialysis Unit operates 27 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 108 patients, in partnership with Cardiff & Vale Trust using only the latest equipment. Nursing is planned at a ratio 1:3 patients, and you will be supported by HCA's on each shift.

This is a part-time role of 28.75 hours a week, working various shifts between 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday. The role is on a Fixed Term basis of 12 months.

Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (General/Learning Disability/Mental Health)
  • Renal experience or willingness to learn specialist skills in renal dialysis nursing
