Employee Relations Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join our team at The Sterling Choice. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters.
Job DescriptionThis role involves coaching and mentoring managers on how to handle people-related issues, including disciplinary hearings, grievances, and absence management. You will also be involved in resolving conflicts and addressing performance issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of employment law and the ability to apply it in a practical way. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to think on your feet.
The salary for this position is £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
